• Personal Information: Name, email address, profile picture, and transaction dates.
• Voice Data: Your voice recordings are used for voice-to-text conversion and deleted immediately after processing.

1.1 Slip Image & Financial Data Processing

When you upload a payment slip image, we process the image to extract information such as transaction amount, sender name, transfer time, and reference number. This processing is done solely to help you record transactions more efficiently.

Slip images are sent to our AI processing provider (Google Gemini) for text extraction. These images and extracted data are not stored permanently. Slip images are deleted immediately after processing, and only the extracted transaction details you choose to save will remain in your account.

By uploading slip images, you give consent for us to process and transmit them to Google Gemini for this purpose only.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and improve app functionality and features.
• To securely store and manage your data using Firebase services (Firestore, Storage, Authentication).
• To enable sharing of specific information between users within the app.
• To process payment slip images using Google Gemini AI to extract transaction details (amount, sender, time, receiver).

3. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal data. Certain information may be shared with other users as part of app functionality or when required by law.

For slip scanning functionality, slip images may be temporarily sent to Google Gemini AI services for processing. Google does not store or use this data for training according to their API policies.

4. Analytics & Ads

NoteMoney does not use personal data for advertising purposes. We may use anonymous analytics to monitor performance and improve user experience.

5. Data Security

We apply security measures to protect your data stored in Firebase. However, please note that no internet transmission method is 100% secure.

6. Your Rights

You may access, update, or delete your personal data by contacting us through the app. We will process your request as soon as possible.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If there are significant changes, we will notify you through the app or by other appropriate means.
